We also review all documents to ensure file requirements and  compliance.   The transaction coordinator will handle communication involved during the transaction including phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, checking in with the lender and title, and all other details and keep everyone (including your buyer/seller) informed.  Ensuring that every step of the transaction is completed professionally and on time.
