Synergy Transactions is a local, listing and transaction coordinating firm for real estate professionals exclusively serving Florida's Gulf Coast. The key to our success is emphasizing communication, close attention to detail and utilizing strong organizational systems while serving at a high standard of excellence.
We gather all supporting documents such as all HOA records, seller disclosure, rental projections and histories. We also create a custom Cost to Own, and Features and Finishes list, and an Exclusion list if it applies. The listing coordinator will input all property information, including showing instructions into the MLS listing, and upload all documents & photos. Allowing you to launch a successful listing in a timely manner.
We create a customized closing checklist specific to the contract’s details. We also review all documents to ensure file requirements and compliance. The transaction coordinator will handle communication involved during the transaction including phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, checking in with the lender and title, and all other details and keep everyone (including your buyer/seller) informed. Ensuring that every step of the transaction is completed professionally and on time.
