Julie was born in the small Montana town of Havre, just 35 miles from the Canadian border. After living in Montana and enjoying the grand scenery and joys of hiking and nature, it was time for warmer weather. Julie moved south to Arkansas with her family in 1998. She attended the University of Arkansas where she studied to become a nurse. While working in the nursing field, she decided to follow her love of the arts and culture to the city. Julie moved to Nashville, Tennessee to obtain her degree in Fashion Design and Marketing. While pursuing her education, she worked for and studied with renowned designers Alain Patterson and Manuel. This lead Julie to become a stylist in Nashville for various actors, singers and bands. She also worked on a number of projects in the areas of film, music videos, theatre and magazine. In 2008, she signed on with the Ann Taylor company and managed store design and layout for the Factory division stores in the Nashville area. Success in this role lead to an incredible opportunity to move to the beach.
Julie moved to the Destin, Florida area in 2011. It was in her move to the beach that she met her husband and put down roots for her family. Wanting to venture into a new direction where she could apply her talents of managing and creative marketing, Julie entered a position with a local real estate firm in 2013. She has been acting as an Executive Administrator and Listing/Marketing Coordinator with various brokerages and agents in the Emerald Coast area for nine years, providing excellent client service. In 2021 she decided to start Synergy Transactions, putting her skills and knowledge of the real estate profession to good use. Julie's successful coordination and management efforts are critical to achieving the results of excellence that define Synergy Transactions.
